Ogun State Strengthens Security: Amotekun Corps CCTV Control Room Commissioned

Prince Tokunbo Talabi , Secretary to the State Government, representing Governor Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun - MFR , commissioned the new state-of-the-art CCTV Control Room for the Amotekun Corps, marking a significant step in strengthening Ogun State’s security architecture.

The facility underscores the administration’s commitment to leveraging modern technology to enhance public safety and maintain peace. Equipped with strategically placed CCTV cameras, advanced monitoring systems, and trained personnel, the control room will serve as the nerve center for real-time intelligence gathering, swift detection of criminal activities, and efficient coordination of security operations.

Since its inception, the Amotekun Corps has played a crucial role in complementing other security agencies. The commissioning of the CCTV facility further empowers the Corps to respond effectively to security challenges and protect lives and property across the state.
