The donation reflects her dedication to strengthening religious harmony, peaceful coexistence, and spiritual growth across Remo Federal Constituency. It also fulfills a promise she made during her previous thank-you visit to Sagamu, where she engaged with the Muslim community under the coordinated leadership of the Grand Chief Imam of Remoland, Sheikh Abdul-Kadr Junaid, the spiritual head of the Muslim faithful in Remo Kingdom, Ogun State.

In her remarks, Hon. She reaffirmed that leadership is a trust (amanah) from Allah and must be exercised with sincerity, humility, and accountability. She noted that supporting the mosque is part of her broader commitment to promoting moral values, unity, and the propagation of Islam in a dignified and impactful manner.

Receiving the donation, the Grand Chief Imam of Remo Kingdom, Sheikh Abdul-Kadr Junaid, commended the lawmaker for her thoughtful and faith-driven gesture. He described the contribution as a noble act of sadaqah jariyah, a continuous charity that will enhance the clarity of sermons, Qur’anic recitations, and congregational activities within the mosque. He prayed that Allah (SWT) grants her wisdom in leadership, barakah in her endeavours, protection for her family, strength for her legislative team, and continued success in serving humanity.

The Imam further encouraged her to remain steadfast in people-centered representation, legislative excellence, empowerment initiatives, infrastructural development, and capacity building for youth and women across the constituency, reminding all present that true leadership is measured by service and impact.

The six professional sound systems were formally received by the Grand Chief Imam, supported by prominent Islamic clerics and leaders in Remoland, including the Deputy Grand Chief Imam of Remoland, the Head of Alfas in Remoland, the Wakeel Muslim in Remoland, Imam Abdul Wasiu Otutu, Alhaji Kabeer Jinadu, Alhaji Kehinde Lawal, among others.

Hon. Dr. Princess Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji was accompanied by her legislative aides and political associates, marking the occasion as one of unity, gratitude, and renewed commitment to faith-guided service.

May Allah (SWT) accept this noble gesture as an act of devotion and make it a means of continuous reward in this world and the Hereafter. Ameen.
