FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATIONS: Hon. Jamiu Mohammad Asimi congratulates fathers

The Executive Chairman of Ikenne local government, Hon. Jamiu Mohammad Asimi ‘YaaJamiu has congratulated fathers on this special occasion of father’s day It’s Father’s Day today, stressing that it’s a day to reflect on the sacrifices, love, care, and discipline of fathers towards children in order to always be the best amongst their peers.

He continued, “The platinum reason which makes our golden mothers remain relentless about their children’s greatness in life is the love they share with the father in bringing the children to the world”.

“Let’s do more to be greater fathers while we try our best in taking care of our fathers as they have taken their time to wet us, weed us and prune us, just to get the best out of us and from us”.

“As we celebrate this year’s Father’s Day, our mothers should make it obligatory for children to reciprocate their father’s care and love always, in order to bring more blessings into their various pursuits and endeavours”.
