Tinubu Confers OON, Houses, and $100k on Super Falcons Players

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has conferred the prestigious National Honour of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) on all 24 Super Falcons players. Each player will also receive a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment and a cash reward of $100,000 (approximately ₦150 million).

The honours were announced shortly after the team’s arrival in Abuja on Monday, July 28, 2025, where they were warmly received at a presidential ceremony in recognition of their outstanding performance and service to the nation.

In a separate gesture, the Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) has gifted ₦10 million to each member of the team, further celebrating their impact and dedication.
