The proposed reforms include:
• Civilian leadership for the NYSC.
•6 weeks of camp
• A stronger focus on skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, and employability.
• Better alignment of primary assignments with graduates’ fields of study.
• Expanded digital transformation and service delivery.
• Stronger governance, accountability, and funding structures.
• Improved collaboration with states, local governments, and the private sector.
• Greater emphasis on innovation, productivity, and youth empowerment.
