Ahmed Musa Appointed As Kano Pillars' New General Manager
Former Nigeria Super Eagles Captain Ahmed Musa MON, has been appointed as the new General Manager of Kano Pillars Fc. The announcement was disclosed by the Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa.
Ahmed Musa will lead the club alongside a newly reconstituted 17-member board, which includes experienced individuals from various sectors. Ali Muhammad Umar has been appointed as the Chairman of the board.
The Kano State Government has expressed confidence that Musa's leadership and expertise will help reposition the club as a strong contender in the league. The new leadership is expected to build on the team's recent achievements and deliver improved results in the forthcoming season.
Kano Pillars FC is gearing up for the 2025/2026 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season, with Musa's appointment seen as a strategic move to strengthen the team.
