Emperor Oyen in a statement on Tuesday, described the emergence of Yayi as well deserved and a testament to his outstanding performance, unwavering dedication, and impactful representation, particularly his landmark achievements in Ogun West and his inclusive leadership style that has positively extended to Ogun Central and Ogun East.
He expressed optimism that without doubt, Yayi's widespread popularity and proven track record has position the APC for a resounding victory at the polls.
Emperor Oyen also appreciated Governor Dapo Abiodun, for his strategic leadership and collaboration with party stakeholders in arriving at this commendable decision, which he noted reflects unity, foresight, and commitment to the progress of Ogun State.
