In an endorsement statement by the Oyen People Movement (OPM) and signed by Head of OPM.Media House, Okueso Eniola Roland , said in a period where Nigeria needs legislators with vision, courage integrity, experience digital knowledge, global exposure, grassroots acceptance, Emperor Oyen stands tall above the rest of aspirants.

According to the OPM, Emperor has a lifetime of service long before politics and has held various positions such as Convener, Divine Grassroot Forum (DGF) – covering all 3 Remo LGAs, Founder, Oyen Political Movement (OPM), Founder, Emperor Oyen Charitable Foundation (EOCF), President, Alliance Club of Sagamu (USA Chapter).
They highlighted his philanthropic gestures to include, distribution of more than 60,000 exercise books to the top ten students in both junior and senior secondary schools, support to students in tertiary institutions , empowerment of youths, financial assistance to widows and vulnerable families, mobilization for community development and
promotion of unity and political participation.
The statement further described Emperor Oyen as a man who combines deep cultural roots with modern, international exposure,. stressing that his career spans, Texas Department of Criminal Justice (USA) – 11 years (Lieutenant) where he mastered leadership, accountability, public safety, and human management.
"His educational background reflects determination and excellence, including degrees in Petroleum Technology and Computer Science, supported by rich, hands-on public service experience.
